My boiler failed on one of the coldest days of the year, and all I was getting was engaged tones when I rang around, that is until I got through to Rhys. He was with me in a couple of hours (even though I'm on the edge of his catchment area) and quickly identified and fixed the problem. Very personable and efficient tradesman who wasn't expensive either.
